While project architect for the Shreveport, LA office of a national healthcare design firm, Ben was responsible for the completion of two new hospital campuses in the NW Louisiana area. Upon completion of these duties, Ben founded Bledsoe Architects in 1997. At present Bledsoe Architects continues to serve as a leader in the healthcare design industry. Ben has been a featured speaker at numerous national conferences on developing ambulatory surgery centers. Ben works with clients during all phases of a project, from initial consultation and programming, design, bidding, and construction.

At Bledsoe Architects, Bryan brings a comprehensive range of experience in the building industry including architectural design, construction management, and construction financing. Along with NCARB licensure in the states of Louisiana and Texas, he also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston. This diversity of experience and knowledge offers a client strong confidence in understanding design considerations and implications, cost analysis and estimation, construction phasing issues, and fiscal objectives throughout development of a project, completion, and operation.
